Experience. Our shop was founded by a Brooklyn & New Jersey native with 30 years of bagel making experience. While the founder has moved on, our lead baker is executing the founder's recipes to perfection.
No shortcuts. Unlike most other bagel shops in Florida, we adhere strictly to labor intensive, decades old proven techniques, including hand rolling and kettle boiling. You'll find no factory produced, frozen chain store bagels here.
